Shark Volt Power provides solar operations services including but not limited to:
All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with Texas regulations.
Estimates provided are approximations based on information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, materials required, and labor involved. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms are as follows:
Shark Volt Power provides a 12-year labor warranty on all workmanship. This warranty covers defects in installation and labor. Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance by others, or unauthorized modifications.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Texas law. We maintain $2,000,000 general liability insurance coverage. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses beyond the scope of our direct service provision.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled service to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Emergency service cancellations may have different terms.
Customer grants access to the property for scheduled service. We are not responsible for damage to concealed wiring, plumbing, or other utilities not disclosed prior to service.
